How engagements are shaped

Every engagement opens with two weeks that end in a plan your team can act on, with or without us: where AI pays off, what to automate first, and what it takes. Deployments and builds are fixed scope with a deliverable and an end date. Clarabit keeps the automations running after. Advisory and fractional work run on a retainer with phase gates.

How we price

Fixed price for assessments, deployments, and builds. Retainer for advisory. No hourly surprises: scope changes are agreed in writing before they start, and an assessment credits in full against the work that follows it.

Who does the work

Ryan Eade, directly, and a handful of engagements at a time, so the person on the call is the person in the build. Larger projects scale up through a network of builders and thinkers we have shipped with before, brought in by name. Never a bench you haven't met.
